1. Search

You can not find the right product ?
These hints might help:

1. After a few seconds of entering your search term (above and beside our Logo - when using a smartphone you will find it under the Eisenhut-brand), the search-result-list changes to the better.

2. You might have to shorten, simplify or slightly change your search term.

3. Choose the one search term closest to yours or a term that is from the same category. After the item shows up you will find a "product-path" (under the Eisenhut-Logo). Click the category (in the path). You can now scroll in this category.



 

2. Login

Returning Customer
If you visit our new shop (new since the 15th of July 2021) for the FIRST time, please press "lost password?". Follow the step afterwards.

NOTICE
An i (capital letter) sometimes shows a small L in the automatic generated password or the other way around (when pressing "lost password").
Press again 'lost password ?' if a login fails several times.

Creating a New Account (but status: "Returning Customer")
No problem with a different mail-address (when you are uncertain which mail-address is not in use, just try which one does not fail when creating an account).
